The goal and focus of Organization 360 is to scale organizational development, with measurable results.
We want to help the world’s best nonprofits to double their impact, and we will contribute by giving them web-based diagnostic tools to identify strengths and weaknesses in organizational effectiveness, to generate insights for strategy renewal, to understand their impact, and to improve leadership and team performance.
Please see Organization 360 as a platform you can use to publish your tools and methodologies, to share them with your constituents and clients, and the wider nonprofit community.
We are committed to copyleft licensing for all the tools we create. Too many management tools are still published under restrictive copyrights, which hinders creativity and human progress.
We need to charge to cover the costs of the service, but we practice nonprofit-friendly fees that we would be happy to pay ourselves.
Organization 360 and its sister tool, the Nonprofit Builder, are part of a strategy to transform the way the nonprofit sector learns, making it more simple, efficient, affordable, widespread, scalable, continuous and collaborative.
Meet the team
Anna Kondratyuk, Executive Director
“With Organization 360, our vision is to make it easy for nonprofits to set ambitious goals, get more impact, and track their progress by involving all staff and stakeholders. Through this, our end goal is to achieve bigger social impact.”
Anna has over 10 years experience in educational excellence, continually improving the quality and standards of the educational programmes she creates and manages. She brings the same aspiration to excellence to Organization 360 and it services. She is currently Academic Director of the Geneva School of Diplomacy and holds a Phd in international education from Saint Petersburg State University. She is Swiss and Russian and lives in Geneva, Switzerland. Linked In.

Daniel worked for 10 years in humanitarian operations, as a delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross, and then another 10 years at HURIDOCS, a nonprofit providing technology solutions to human rights organizations, starting as training officer then becoming its executive director. He studied NGO Management at the London School of Economics, is Swiss and Italian, and lives in Geneva, Switzerland. Linked In.
